Unless Phil can find an easterly slope, the weekend could be a workshop day. So I'm going to make the most of tomorrows SSE wind and head off to Blue Pool (BH20 5NT) in the morning. Will have to leave by 1.30 for work in the afternoon.

Have not been there but heard of it. Not sure where on the map you would be flying from. Post code is more East Creech

Type the post code into google maps and switch on satellite view.

Just to the the left you'll see red and white cars parked in front of a gate. Open and drive through the gate along the track until you get to Dave Ambrose's white Subaru. Park next to him (if he's still there) and walk through the gate to fly.

What about Sutton Down, East Slope no:8 Mike? Apparently there is now a gate lock and code is in latest Glidepath. Need to leave note on dash that you belong to WSA though.

I haven't got my WSA handbook here. Do you mean Stoney Down?
