So, I was a bit heavy handed with thin cyano when gluing some aileron tabs. I put some on the top side of the tabs all o.k. When I tuned it over to do the other side, thin cyano had smeared across the wing. I attempted to clean it up using cyano debonder, but it looks even worse now. Could anyone offer any advice on how to do this if it's possible? Perhaps I should have left the debonder on longer, rather than trying to wipe it immediately. Help!!!
Apply the debonder to a piece of kitchen roll on top of the cyano and leave it soak up the cyano as it liquidises (5 mins?). Wipe and repeat with clean roll until done but don't leave it to dry as the cyano will rebond the paper to the covering.
