Modified Hacker - "HotWing 750" was created by 4Pedalsfly
This was part of one of those "Job Lots" which often tempts one.
The guy had started the model, fitted the motor mount, servos, control surfaces & carved out the cavities
in the wing for the e.s.c. , receiver & battery.
It quickly became apparent that with the motor I intended using it would require a lot of lead up front
to get the correct C of G.
So the decision was made to fill in the cavities and add a "fuselage" with a shortish nose to balance without
any lead.

Now the interesting bit - maiden flight - 4th December 2018.
After some rapid trim clicking all was well.
Thanks to Simon Osborne - great launch, Tim Sullings - in-flight pictures.
Model Data -
Motor - HK - BL 2212/6 , 2,200kv, : ESC -BRC Hobbies 33A : Prop APC 7x3 : Battery - 3s - 1,500 LiPo. :
Wingspan 750mm : Weight - 366g ( 14 ozs ) : Power 310 Watts : Watts per Ib = 350.0 , Wing Loading 6.8 ozs per sq ft.
Apologies for mixture of units.
The model climbs vertically and on full throttle in level flight I can just about keep up with her, with the
low wing loading landing is at a slow walking pace.
Conclusion - Great little one piece fun model, the extra weight not being a problem and a benefit for flying
at Cashmoor.
