There is a problem right now in that Phoenix does not work on Windows 10, except in some circumstances. The website named by Chris gives some info. In essence, it is to do with Phoenix wanting Direct X 9 but W10 works with Direct X 11

Mine is OK on W 10.

My version 4 would not install on my Win 10 either. Purchased Phoenix 5 and installs and runs perfectly.

Footnote. My version 4 was an upgrade from 3 which may account for the problem.

My version 3 installed on W8.1, no problem, then upgraded to 4 and 5. Then I upgraded to W10 and Phoenix still runs. It's when you install fresh on W 10 that the problem occurs.

Bought a PFS from BMFA website. It came with 2 discs. I loaded Disc.4 onto my laptop and downloaded Version 5 for free. Also an update now version 5.5. All running on Windows 10.
