Ammo boxes for lipos

In case you need ammo boxes, I have bought several used (with patina!) ammo boxes from the army surplus store, 274 high st, Charminster, Bournemouth BH8 9RT tel 07885759491. I paid £10 - £20 each for them depending on level of patina. Perfectly serviceable, made to look a lot better with a quick rub down with wire wool followed by a coat of Klearcote spray from a rattle can.

No problem, I've only got four small LiPos anyway, probably OK in a biscuit tin.

I bought mine from the same place - note he is only at the shop Thursdays. Not sure about weekends though.

Brian - Worth investing in an ammo box - small LiPo's can still start big fires.

Never occurred to me Colin, I've got complacent since I went over to LiFePO4 flight batteries. Must try harder.
