GP Engines was created by Phil Ford
FYI - Whilst over at Probuild for some gear and fuel, Andy introduced me to these GP Engines from Taiwan which have had great reviews in the US. One he suggested I might like is the GP61. Looks a bit better than DLE but not as polished as the DA the latter lot's more money. I like the fact that they have recessed the carb a bit more into the crankcase reducing the need for long standoffs.

Specs are :
The GP 61 is a powerhouse of an engine. We are trying to develop the best Gas engine on the market. After Thousands of flights with very few problems .The engine was made in Taiwan with very high quality and very small tolerances. The engine using world best quality SKG bearing and Japan made Walbro Carburlator. Compare with any china made engine GP-61 has another 350+ RPM more with same prop
