I made a pair of triangular shaped jigs to match the flying wire crossover angle, then marked the wire positions. Next i glued strips to guide a mini hacksaw blade to cut some carbon tube

Then i cut approx 3/4 thru the tube to allow the wire pass beyond a central pin . The central pin is M2 threaded rod which is secured by threaded nylon bullets. I made the bullets from Nylon pc board standoffs.

Now its time to find out if they work !
