I doubt whether the sea or the sky above it is private property!

John - The sign is at top of the road by the toll booth which leads to the beach & carpark.
The guy at the toll booth said they had complaints from people on the beach & carpark of drones being flown over them, hence the sign.
The carpark is private property so it would be illegal to fly over it without the owner's permission.
Unsure where they stand flying over the sea if they do not "Endanger "

It isn't so much where the drone is, but where the pilot is.If he/she is on the Estate owner's property then the ban can be enforced.
To fly at the beach at Kimmeridge and the pilot be elsewhere you are talking of near on a mile to be off the Estate.
So in practical terms, no drone flying. Thank goodness.
