Foiled by the weather

I decided to take a trip to White Sheet this afternoon for a bit of slope fun in the strong winds. Got out of the car and assembled the model and by the time I got to the slope face there was absolutely no wind at all. I waited for about 30 minutes and still nothing. There was an electrical storm brewing and this must have been creating it's own little micro-climate because on the way back home the trees were moving in the string winds as before. Back home early so managed to edit a video of my Orcrist flying at Win Green in February when we had all the snow.

Everyone is getting foiled by the weather. I think August is now the start of Autumn. Do they make float gliders?
