'Carbon Copy'online model shop for u/c, cowls etc

Is anyone else having trouble obtaining parts ordered and paid for from this company?

Not personally, but there have been lots of complaints about them on the web, quite a few people complaining that they have paid for goods but have not received them

I replaced my Decathlon U/C with a carbon copy unit about 2 yrs ago. and that was not my first purchase and previously found them very good. They still have a tel no on the website TEL: 0845 631 3913

Yes I agree Kevin, good products as I have had items from them before. This time I ordered £85 worth of u/c and wheel spats on 3rd and 5th October. I received an email saying they had despatched one item on 12th Oct, still not received it. No reference from them about 2nd item. Have phoned at least 30 times, always engaged. Emailed them 15 times, no response. Guess I will have to claim the money back from PayPal. Frustrating thing is I would much rather have the items I ordered. Buyer beware!
