Epoxy Glass Sheet was created by Phil Ford
A long time ago Pete C gave small amount of this stuff to make up dummy missiles, etc. Rolled easily, etc but seem to have lost it. :( I want make some LED gun ports and light surrounds.

On Hobbyplastic I found this. Would this be suitable? Epoxy Glass 1200 x 1000 x 0.2mm or go for 0.4mm?

Not clear what you wish to achieve Phil but assume you want something shaped to a leading edge or front fuselage section in which case i would consider making a mould and ask John B to vac form something for you.

I can also recommend John B’s vac forming skills. Phil, feel free to use some of that blue foam... when you’re done, can I have some of it back please! :-)

John B is already busy making wing tip lens for my Otter. ;)

Pete C gave some sheet epoxy which he used to make the missile/bomb bodies on some of his builds. It was as thin as paper and you could roll it up into a tube. you could make the fins too. all you needed then was a balsa nose cone.
I want to make up some tube to fit around some power LEDs. Had thought of carbon tube if I can find the right internal diameters but thought Epoxy sheet gives a lot more options.

Blue foam Dave. Will do.

Here is some of the stuff I am working on. A power LED and driver is glued into the back of a headlight lens unit (22mm dia, 60 deg sideways by 30 deg down) really for scale cars but would make excellent landing lights. The smaller one is a Xenon effect lens (10 deg field) which is only 16mm dia. Cannot show you the output of the headlight as the camera would be blanked.
