Completely not model related...looking for advice from anyone who might be able to help...

I've got a couple of statues for my garden that need to have bases formed in the flower beds. The statues are 1.5m tall and weight 140kg each (yes, that's not a typo - they are 22 stone each). The base is 360mm square. Does anyone know how deep and wide a concrete base should be?

Hi Mike
I’d make concrete base 600mm square and have a depth of 150 mm concrete just to be on the safe side
If ground is ok underneath this depth it’ll be ok but if ground is poor put 100mm of base material ie crushed concrete or scalpings then compact before laying concrete.
Make sure you level and leave smooth or your statues won’t sit right
