Do you think that there may be a little R/C at work here?

I can't see any independent control surfaces but wing warping etc could be in use.

Looks pretty genuine to me, although I bet there were many, many takes for each one. Note that there is always a cut between the description and the successful attempt!

I have passed this to the Tuesday Indoorers.

Seemed to me they are very well balanced aircraft that go where they are pointed and speed of launch is key.
