Classic Jets - Abingdon - 30th March 2018

This event is organised by the Jet Modelling Association ( J.M.A ) and is by invitation only since it takes place on an
active military base.
The entry fee includes bacon sandwiches on arrival, burgers & a food goody bag for lunch plus all the coffee and tea you can drink.
The event did not enjoy good weather but there was a window of about 2 hrs when many of the jets were flown before the rain stopped flying.
10 members of W.M.A.C. attended and thanks to David Tappin for arranging our passes.

Really good day until the rain! We stopped off in the forest for a drive-thru ice cream on the way home! Plenty of laughs and some good jet flying.

I've never driven through ice cream. Do you need 4WD and extra low gear?
