with regards on setting up the duel servos on a "Y" lead in the wing this is how I done it,
First job is to centre servos,
Set the inboard horn length in this case 32mm from the surface of the aileron,
Fit push rod so aileron is centred,
Next is to set outboard horn length for this you need to allow for the taper of the aileron so as a starting point I allowed 1mm,
so the overall length was 33mm from the aileron surface.
The reason for doing this is so that in theory the pivot point of the ball link on the horn's is the same length from the hinge point!
Next is to match the outer servo to the cantered inner servo, after doing this check for binding from centre stick to full deflecting each way.
These settings worked perfect for one wing, the other wing I had to make the outer horn longer to stop binding at full deflection!
There is a little bit of trial and error to get this working, probably took me 3hrs ish to get this set up!! (even more fun with three servos!!!) :lol:
