Bucker Jungmeister re -engine was created by kevinross
Ive replaced the Saito 33cc 3 cylinder with their 30cc single leaving a large gap and a loss of 200grms nose weight. The kit came with disgusting plastic moulding.

I had a 3D printed 9cylinder of the correct size so have cut into sections and rebuilt into a 7 segments to match the cowl.

I used these ferrules to simulate the spark plugs and used some old audio cables to simulate the HT leads.

Nice job Kevin. I had not thought of that - 3D printed cylinders! Could have done with some for my Pitts rather than a blank, black baffle. Oh well.

Shame you had to give up on the Saito Kevin. They sound so good! Mine’s going well in the Sea Fury
