Pitts Maiden

Today I promised myself that I would fly the Pitts S1 for the first time. And I did when the grey clouds moved on. Flies really nice although it reacts to input very quickly . But that may be after me flying the Super Chipmunk which is more forgiving. Landing a bit of a nervous time keeping just a little power on all the way to touch down. Unfortunately it stopped quicker than I thought, the landing gear gave a little too much and the prop just touched the ground. Broken Menz prop. Although I did expect it to happen sort of. All in all though very happy. I have had the model for about 10 years in a box. Was assembled a few years ago.
