Extreme Flight 110" Yak 54 was created by Chris73
Anybody that knows me will know I have been after the EF Yak for a while, I think it was Jon who mentioned yesterday that they should be available soon. A quick look on the internet and they are already in stock in the USA and looks like they are due in Europe early next month :woohoo:

Question is do I need two 100cc Yaks, OF COURSE I DO, just not too sure the missus would agree :(

Warbird is coming along, was always going to be a slow build.
Plan on having it ready for the summer

Chris, of course you don't need one, what would it give you that you don't already have? Anyway whatever happened to the idea of balsa bashing, you seemed ready to grab some plans and a truck load of balsa and build a.... I forget the name... Chloe sniggered last Sunday when you seemed almost enthusiastic about rolling up your sleeves and getting intimate with Ochroma Pyramidale . You even mentioned to Jon yesterday that the dinning room table would be the place to build it. I think you should scratch that itch and build yourself a plane, How could an EF compete against something you've put together?

P.S. if it requires any soldering, maybe see if someone could help you.

"Ochroma Pyramidale" Nice one Chris, I had to google that. It's always struck me as odd that it's nothing to do with the hardness of the wood that classifies it as a hardwood.

Anyway without derailing the thread - what hardware spec are you going for Chris?- engine and servos

Will probably have to strip down the Yak I have at the moment and keep it as a spare, and then as funds allow buy more stuff so I can have them both flying.
Just showed the missus a picture of the Yak and she didn't seem impressed, but I am sure my natural charm will win her over :P
