Hi Pete, here's a couple of shaky pics of the Giles' engine mounting box. The pencil lines are square to the centre line of the fuselage..

Hi Brian

The side thrust is built into the front bulkhead, which is common practice. You need to calculate or measure how much off centre the prop driver is horizontally and vertically, then off set the holes in the bulkhead for the mounting bolts by the same dimension. As long as the bulkhead is wide enough to allow for this then this will resolve your issue.

I think the sketch is not only helpful, its original, and I'm going to print it and hang it over my workbench.
