EdgeTX menu system

After the disaster of trying to fly the QB40 with my very basic Turnigy i4x, I bought a Radiomaster Pocket CC2500 on EdgeTX. All very impressive, but as someone said there is a steep learning curve - and how! It would help if there were a halfway decent user manual. This one for example just launches into each topic without showing how it can be found on the menu system. I keep being referred to videos but I can't keep all that in my head when trying to set up the model in the radio. Is there a nice simple map somewhere that shows how to navigate to each function?
