Yes Ron, I do have STL files but not sure which one is the master printer file. I have attached the ZIp file that I have. Note there maybe different files depending on motor rotation direction. Mine is CW.

After sending the files to Ron, thought no more about until Ron turned up at Cashmoor yesterday with this little object. Created on the late Frank Robinson's 3D printer. I believe the nozzle size was 0.5 mm. A finer surface would need a smaller nozzle but increases printing time and costs. Assuming the printer is able to make finer objects. Will have to fit the part and see how it goes.

The part needed some smoothing down with fine sandpaper where it slots into the motor pod. Now fitted as seen in image.
