Glad you sorted the Bomber to your fine standard , it was awesome when you flew low over the runway and dropped the yellow golf ball. B)

I think you should put a second receiver in the plane to operate the bomb drop, that way pilot and bombardier have to communicate and work as a team... what could go wrong  It might also appeal if you do another scout day.

Now that is a brilliant option Chris. :woohoo:

This entails the pilot and bomb-aimer working together as a team? I am sure our illustrious Competition Co-Ordinator could make up some rules for Fun Day and other events. Strangely, before I saw this post I was considering the possibilities of adding a torpedo to the underside which has to land in a bowl of water......

Just a quickie update. The Bombing Trainer now has dual receivers. DSM2 for flight, bombardier is on ACCST (Open TX) using a momentary switch. It works on the bench.....;) Test "bomb" may have to wait till next week though. Grrr

Colin A suggested a kids paddling pool to drop bomb into. Good idea but water?

Are you going to change the Bomb from a yellow
Golf ball to a rubber ball just like Sir Barnes Neville Wallis CBE Bouncing bomb ?

If your thinking on the lines of those "superballs" then they would probably bounce all the way to Gussage and beyond. Unless they land in moss....

Creme Eggs is best.
