Are you sure, Colin? If they are not shipping batteries at storage voltage what are they now doing?

one of my batterys are 100% charget the other is 23%

Is the battery at 100% full charge the one that is the problem? And you have not charged it then I would hazard a guess that it was a return. :unsure: If this is the case you are stuck unless you can pursue Hobbyking on the fact that it came like it. Never had an issue myself in 9 years with batteries from HK.

the one that is the problem is 100% charged I have never charged it and checked the batterys one was 23 % and the other was 100% and the 100% one is the problem

I have know delt with the battery and was a bit different then what was supposed to happen I kut the black wire then the red and the red made loads of sparks then a small fire on the red wire and I put it strate away in water know it is fine. it was a bit of a fright.

You were not trying to insert the 4mm bullets of the ESC leads into the XT90 battery socket were you? I did say I would swap/convert the plug ends for you to XT90

I wasn't I was just stabilising the battery and putting it in salt water
