Jacob - Pleased to hear HK are replacing the faulty battery,
When the new one arrives will you pls measure each Cell Voltage and post here.
I am interested to confirm at what cell voltage HK now ship LiPo's.

To stabilise a battery you do not need to cut any wires, just put the whole thing in a bucket of salty water and leave it outdoors for several days.
If you do cut wires you must do it one at a time and make sure the cut ends do not touch each other before it goes in the bucket.
