I generally take the attitude that if it is being sold on Ebay it's probably not even decent enough to sell on BMFA classifieds, where at least there are real RC flyers. I found this too a few years ago when purchasing a Carl Goldberg Chipmunk from Ebay. Looked good in the pictures at least. Lesson learnt!

Here you go Lee, running happily. ;) A couple of minutes of playing and then dive back indoors. That's my bit done!

Two degrees and a breezy easterly - feels like -2 deg. I'm staying in for the rest of the day. Brrr.

Theoretically, as the cowl has previously been cut for the mixture screw to be upwards, the norm in my opinion the cowl will fit nicely. Why anybody would want to have to kneel down and reach under the cowl and near a spinning prop to adjust the screw is anybody's guess. The only thing you may have to do is the adjust the angle of the exhaust header (manifold in English GB ;) ).

On my Wots Wot the cowl comes off with out having to remove any items, it just clears everything. You won't know till you refit the cowl though.

Blimey Phil, what size of prop and spinner are you using on your Wots Wot? ;)
