The left wing must have hit John Bannisters' Wildthing causing it to pull out and rotate on the wing joiner. You can see slight impact damage on the leading edge in the first image (red screwdriver handle in front of impact damage). I don't know whether this also broke the spar or if this broke when it hit the ground. The other two images show damage to the wing skins on both sides.

Fixing the wing will be fairly straightforward.

With one wing pivoting on the wing joiner my model came down in a fairly flat spin like a sycamore seed. But even that softish landing caused the fuselage to break on both sides. It looks severe, but should join back together quite quickly with some thin CA. Making sure it's straight might be a problem, but fingers crossed...

And finally, the tail came loose and will require refitting. Again, not too onerous, but getting it square with the fuselage and the wing will be fun

Mid air collision took out the Orcrist. Hopefully most of the damage is superficial and it will fly again soon.

Ouch ! - Guess your revising the definition of superficial ?

PS - glad i'm too old for lessons with the Mike Seal school of driving this week.
