Just put the landrover into auto pilot

Online shopping is ok but you can't beat going into a well stocked model shop,the smell of balsa and ply as you walk in and all the goodies to look at and feel!!! Mrs C thinks I'm mad but what does she know,especially when nothing in the shop is over £25.00 :blink:

My last carbon prop wasn't that much

Both wing panels stripped and cleaned up ready to go in a jig for washout and re sheeted tomorrow when the wood order arrives

In the picture you can see how thick the paint has been applied as it holds its shape and it peels off like veneer

I'm in shock to see those wings back in shape already Pete, how the hell do you do it? Awesome stuff.

No secret Dave i just love building/repairing toy planes.If I had my time again I would get my pilots licence at an early age and build a full size in the garagel

Hi Pete,

is it just a question of twisting the wing from root to tip and then when it's re-sheeted the twist is locked in?
