The black cockpit tub will be getting the same well worn treatment to match. Cockpit glazing is cut and ready to fit but will leave that for now as I don't want the risk of scratching.
I was planning on getting all the spraying done this week, but looking at the forecast not much hope :(

Great work Pete, in the time it took you to do that cockpit you could have built a whole airframe. That's the trouble with scale, it's the detail which takes half the time.

On the subject of detail, the pilot's bone dome doesn't look very Russian.
But then again neither does the airframe with the star and bar sideflash so I forgive the hat!

Next up are the three under nose guns. I have sanded them to shape so they are a perfect fit to the belly of the fuzz and added the alloy barrels to the guns ready to be glued after I have painted them. Tomorrow I will offer the guns to the fuzz and very very carefully etch the outline of the guns to give a key for the hysol.
