Those Hitec servos HS55** are programmable for overload, ATV, reversible using a Hitec programmer. I have one if you need it Kevin.

Thanks Phil - I might take you up on that before project finished. Its not being mixed with another servo so my Tx will cover ATV and reverse but it has about twice the required torque and scale type structures dont have the strength of a 3D model.

Apparently, pilots don't do it standing up and need one of these. Scaled the drawings down to get the seat outline. Soaked the .5mm ply to form on these tubes overnight.
