This is wing week - Unlike the typical Ultimate wing which sweeps back from the centre, this kit as a scale like centre section. So there are 3 panels per wing and 8 mitre joints to refine to ensure both pairs of wings are identical - made "simples" by marking out and fitting jig blocks to the building board and some incidence tools. I now have 2 accurate wings awaiting join reinforcement and lots of ailerons to hinge. The more astute builders may note that on one wing i bored the servo wire hole from the tip by mistake !

Slight OCD tendencies I'm afraid. but in my defence, because the workshop is attached to the habitual areas, any mess walked into the house gets me presented with a vacuum cleaner.

Making improvements to the Cabane structure. Kit uses the traditional bent alloy construction pic 1
but I wanted to retain a scale appearance pic 2
result looks simple but there was a weeks work making jigs and building the internal modifications pic 3 & 4
When the trimming flights are complete - I will clad the stainless steel in streamline tube.
