Thanks Kevin, I think it's set too low at the moment so if I get lean running after the rebuild I'll reset it.

Floppy flaps on the pump section normaly settle when the engine is running. If the needle lever is not set correctly - that could be the problem. - I would adjust to the manual before proceeding.
