David
It looks like you have mounted the wing plate plus the elevator pushrod much lower in the fuselage compared with mine.. Must be very tight between the torque rods and the wing bolt.
However, with so many slim wing servos on the market today, it makes sense to have twin servos, then like mine its possible program an air brake mix.

My wing is like David’s. One servo in centre. Easy peasy.

Chris, have took all the Bits out of the box. Wings veneered and cut out centrally for a mini servo. (Although they still supply the torque rod and nylon bearings for centre servo, although the central recess is longer there. Torque rod is now recommended to use for optional flaps. Fuselage sides are two piece still and CNC cut using liteply. :( Might follow what others have done that I read recently and that is make up one piece sides in birch ply using the original sides as a template. Fuselage formers are laser cut ply and no longer require balsa backing.

Dave, I can't remember, was yours the fully symmetrical wing version?

Yes fully symmetrical. Also my wing does have 2 servos but both mounted one behind the other in the centre of the wing

Cheers Dave, yours flew well enough the other week, that's the one I would be tempted with.

That must be tight fit. You have full length ailerons? I'll have to look at that.

I've had both versions in the past Alan, the Pro version does fly better for aerobatics but does need good lift conditions. The semi symetrical sport version will stay up better in light lift and still flies very well.

The current plan is: in light winds fly power at Cashmoor then when the wind picks up head for the slopes. With that in mind the pro version would probably be ok. The truth is I'm torn between a Phase 6, building a Phase 5 or going for a 60"" Wildthing.
