Mini LecRoo was created by 4Pedalsfly
This model appeared in RC "Model World" as a free plan feature and being of balsa & ply construction
appealed to me. With the onset of the colder weather I decided it was time to get back into some traditional building
using up some of my stock of 1/4 in balsa sheet. Why did I buy that years ago ?
It is a simple build and when finished should provide some exciting delta flying, power to rate ratio should be in the region
of 200 Watts per pound. Being a tractor delta it can be easily hand launced without any danger of damaged fingers.

If anyone else is interested in building one I can get a 2 page set of A1 sized plans printed for £4.40 at Xercad in Ferndown and
also supply an electronic copy of build review.

More pictures - I used "Deluxe Materials" Aliphatic Resin for gluing the 1/4 in balsa sheets together, these being
pinned and weighted and left overnight to fully dry.

This Deluxe Materials glue is my preferred one for balsa to balsa joints.

Maybe slow, but looking at the plan I'd say you've nearly finished now that you have three parts made.

Here I am updating you on the Mini Lec Roo, it's been over 7 months since the last post and the bits had been gathering
dust in the workshop,so time to get the project moving again.
Canopy and cowl completed, airframe needs a sanding and filling as required ready for covering.
Glass fibre reinforced tape will be applied over parts of the wing to increase stiffness followed by covering
the whole model in TopFlite " Monokote" plastic film.

See 9 pics that follow.

Next posting will be of the finished model, hopefully in less than 7 months !!
