I have a feeling I might need to give this one a more detailed over 50cc assessment than usual, including in flight assessment

Frankly I wouldn't let him near it, just look at what he did to my Impressivo......

Just been looking at the possibilty of scale working exhaust's for the hurricane and found some drawings for them B) .Think i will have a crack at them when the time comes. Also been looking at rivet and panel detail, and i think i will go with the mick reeves system of stick on, as there are 1000's of them  and 1/16 tape and high build primer for the panel lines. The airframe will be covered in tex and 3 coats of thinned shrinking dope to stop the dreaded sag and 2 pac paint to finish.

Right hand panel glued to centre section. In the second picture you will see that i have left a 3/32 gap between the 2 ply ribs in the middle section of the wing tube on the right hand panel so after sheeting the top surface it will act as a guide for a hack saw blade to cut through the wing joiner and spars to make a 3 piece wing after doing the same with the left hand outer panel. You could i suppose sheet the wing in 3 separate panels but doing it the way i have, will make sure everything stays inline, the last thing you need is a badly fitting wing joint on the wing tubes.
