The exact nature and structure to be determined at the first meeting. It will be essential to establish our goal posts, which by the nature of the project will need to remain movable. Once core objective have been ring-fenced and potential detrimental influences have been quarantined we will be ready to propose a time line of [strike]in[/strike]activity. Should things remain stagnant for an undermined lenght of time there may be a need for some back of house realignment :huh:

I think this is the magazine the plans came from, is it likely to have an article on the build or be of any help/interest?

Oh, and Mike's on holiday next week so I suspect we'll all be trying to catch up with him before too long.
