You need to tell your radio that you are using two servos for ailerons. Look at the index of your manual that came with the radio and look for how to set up a model with two aileron servos. At the moment it sounds like this function is inhibited or not assigned which is why there is no output to channel 6.

Simon - If the programming is similar to my Futaba FF9 - set it up in "Flapperon " programme and you can adjust each servo accordingly,
the "Flapperon" programme automatically mixes them.
If required, direction can be reversed in "Reverse" programme.
When 2 aileron servos are fitted I always set them up in different channels so each can be adjusted seperately.
Look forward to seeing the "Waco" flying.

I think I get the gist now having read the instructions a couple of times! I will now try it on the tranny.
