I'm not an engineer but i can imagine the time and effort that has gone into producing the tail wheel Kevin!! Outstanding work and look forward to my easy task with the canopy?????

Just counted up every screw, rivet & piece of metal which i had to work and surprised myself = 51 !!!

Ive striped it in preparation for painting when the next task is complete - The main legs. -

Impressive stuff Kevin, watching this thread with interest. Is this project going to be a home for Frank's Saito or do you have other plans for powering the Provost?

Obviously the Saito is the intended and primary choice but i have major concerns on how to extract sufficient cooling air while retaining a reasonable scale appearance of the cowl. Brian Winch has published many articles about cooling these engines.

Provost U/C nearing completion. Further to the show & tell last Friday i've now received the LED reflectors for the landing lights - plus i get an anal bonus for matching two alloy rings for the the reflectors. Just need to source suitable LED's
last photo are the parts ex Franks workshop. the rest are my progress.
