Just an observation.some models u/c look strong until put to the test .I would imagine Pete has ensured the mountings are more than enough.

Have you brought that f18 jet Simon? Come on! Daves managed to convince me to buy the jet munts 140 now!

Off-subject, can we reserve this for Mig.15 related build observations please.
But on a related subject: the Mig.15 has a Jets Munts M100XBL www.jetsmunt.com/wp/m100xbl/ and having seen how fuss-less the Jets Munts family is (quiet starting with no flames or popping) I would recommend them. They also have a much better service organisation than some other turbine manufacturers.

Opportunity to have a go (and take the controls) in the real thing ...

There was an article on the TV recently about a guy who had the "edge of space Supersonic flight" experience in the Mig 29 Fulcrum- cost was £15k !!
