Hi Colin, I bought my acetone from Wessex Chemical Factors, they're on the Woolsbridge industrial park, near Ringwood. Their website lists all the stuff they sell. I buy acetone and IPA from them. Worth a look, they sell lots of useful stuff.

Renewing the wing joint and fairing has taken longer that I thought. The original was built as part of a detachable "cockpit" arrangement, this was wrecked in the crash. The locating dowels are a tight fit in paper tubes epoxied to the LE sheeting. Easy to replace if worn or broken. Yesterday was too hot, today's too wet. Think I'l watch Phil's video of Dave Bright flying the Durafly Spitfire, just to keep my enthusiasm going.
