A bit of a pain then? At least you know where you have beefed it up.

I assume your wife is not doing any of your washing this week due to a shortage of clothes pegs...

After a few weeks off to let my back and shoulder settle down (too much modelling), I have made a little progress. The power train has been purchased, delivered and wired up. All seems OK. Next job, install it all then complete the airframe.

You want a picture of a motor, ESC, battery and receiver and a bunch of wires? Take your own!

I have to fess up that on my first XT60 soldering job, which was pretty neat, I had to start again when I saw that the red wire should not go to the side that says (-)

I'll post a pic when they are mounted.

Not to disappoint, I took a pic of the electronics for the indoor Piper Super Cub, just for you, Chris. The washing machine components in the background are going in the Bleriot.

Two more fesses. Burned mi 'and on the iron and cut me finger in the prop.

Just as well you were not playing with the washing machine motor..... ;) You might never have been a handyman again!

Did that one without prop. The little one, I wanted a current reading, so popped the prop on.

Tiny nick and the burn has gone already.

Found out today that it would have been easier to do the motor mount, with its 4 degrees of down thrust and side thrust, before I glued the firewall onto the rest of the fus.

4 degrees of down and right thrust. Sounds a fair bit much?
