comming is a 17th century verb meaning mixing or blending so please remove one of the m's

it's that bleeding pedant again

It's all Pete's fault, he started it. Drinking too much coffeee :( The person in charge of the Forum has now corrected this serious error. I was just waiting to see how long before someone noticed.

David - The frustrating bit is when typing in the forum it highlights a spelling error but their's no spell check facility.
We have an old fashioned publication that lists English words, their spelling & meaning, it requires no rebooting, does
not crash & never needs charging.
Also- Commingle - mix, blend.

So I need to adjust the commingle to cure adverse coupling - is that right?

I have trawled through various dictionaries and there appears to be no definition of this word.

However, it is a common misspelling of a word that seems so easy to spell that it hurts your brain when it's actually misspelled in this fashion. Even if you sounded out the word "coming" phonetically, to try and spell it, you would not get anything resembling "comming." Various other English dialects also get this wrong as in "cumming" I'll let you Guys look that one up.........

Can be found most often on internet message boards and "Comments" sections. ;)

People's obsessions with improper spelling are comming to an apocalyptic climax.

This thread is all about Winter is Coming. Do you wish to have a Forum section for poor spelling, grammar. dyslexic keyboards/pads, (Dyslexia, also known as a reading disorder, is a learning disability characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence), etc? Or let David T carry on outstanding work?

Very pretty.... Can I call it that? Nice job - although it seemed that it was never gonna surface. Looks rather forlorn without an engine though.
