You were right Mike, it was one of the more tricky jobs

I've still got to epoxy the cross piece in, but so far it's looking okay and fits together without any wrangling!

Better M6 bolts on the way, luckily I had the captive nuts in stock.

Looking good, and so close to finishing now. Once that wing fairing is done you'll have to think about covering

I'm hoping that I'll have started the covering at the weekend. I'm in Wales today so no chance of getting anything done tonight, but if I can get the wing fairing done and the tail plane lined up and glued in two evenings I'll be happy, but probably optimistic.

Yep, I was woefully optimistic, maybe I'll be starting to cover next weekend!

Anyway I've just done a little gluing up job before I start to make tea.

Slowly getting there.

Seem to be really rolling along now Chris. Once you got the wing set up and aligned you can also set your tail plane position. I am looking forward to seeing the finished article. ;)

Still some work to do with a little filler here and there, and then a good sand, oh, and bevel the control surfaces, but having got the nose retract in, I really wanted to see what it looked like with the wing on.
