Chris73 wrote: Not much left to do now
Fit fuel dot
Fit switches and tidy up the wiring
Make the engine baffles
Silver solder the headers
Then check the C of G before locating the ignition battery

Apparently I have to tidy up before I do anything else

Impressive stuff Chris - have you slept at all this weekend?
Are you going to send a snotagram to EF regarding the tail wheel? I'm sure they would welcome customer feedback.

Persuaded the missus it would be better to fit the fuel dot before I tidied up as it would just make more mess ;) so that's one less thing to do.
I really should learn to tidy as I go, took me ages

Simon, yes I have the pipes already

Alan, whilst the tail wheel was a really bad fit in reality it only took a couple of minutes with the dremel to fix it. I wonder if I have a 50cc one instead of a 100cc one. I will compare it to Simon's and if need be ask EF for the correct one

Mine came with the bolt, but you could try Westfield Fastners they seem to have a good selection

I have a similar problem to Simon - the supplied M6 spinner screw doesn't reach or fit the M5 crankshaft thread and adapters are n/a. But I Found High-tensile M5x120 & M5x130 on the modelfixings website at www.modelfixings.co.uk/high_tensile_steel_caps.htm .
The longest screw reaches the crankshaft for my spinner but I will need to sleeve the nose of the spinner from 6mm to 5mm.

Found a company dealing with M5 in suitable length but they only supply to trade . Got a name in the area but not had time to investigate yet.

Simon - also available at westfield fasteners are these which you could use in combination with some HT studding to extend the the longest 5mm bolt . Bottom the spinner bolt and a piece of studding into this long nut.
