Really pleased with the outcome. Got a few minor scratches to fill with stopper and the rebuild is done. I'm going to have a few days away from the venom as it has been pretty full on the past week and spend a bit of time with the other lady in my life :)
Might even treat her to lunch at the burger van on Portsdown hill B)

My goodness Pete. Can't thank you enough. Fantastic to see her back together again. She'll be beating up the strip again in no time. You'll definitely need to have a go!

Not sure that's the best choice of phrase Dave after it left a divot last time out!

Dave, have you managed to source a new set of U/C legs for the Venom or is Jon going to hand-launch if for you?

I've still got a big lump of Frank's runway on my bench that I dug out the venom's belly B)

On a major rebuild such as this all the gear was removed Phil!!

Just under a week then Pete, not including the trip to the Burger Van.

Pete - Most impressed with the speed & quality of the repair, looking good in her
undercoat, not worth rushing the fitting out.
Like the model cradle, can you post a pic & I'll knock one up, also need address to post
royalty cheque.
Thanks
Colin

With the Venom re maiden date looming I spent a bit of time on her over the weekend. Finished painting the camouflage scheme, just the lettering and roundels to be added.
Iv got another 10 days working on my daughters house and then it will be back in the workshop to finish John's Mig and Big Dave's F15
