Cutting out your own wings in foam is above putting wings together from laser cut parts this is in the top echelon of airo modelers getting them true can give you good problems, well done Mike, theres hope for you yet Dave :ohmy:

The build has not stopped, although it has slowed a lot. A few photos showing the wing under-belly tack-glued in place and sanded to shape. The fin is also tacked on and sanded to shape. Wing is joined and the centre-section is reinforced with glass.

I'm planning to use the same motor that Chris has in his electric Wot 4...a Turnigy 5045 660kv . Depending on weight, I'll probably use a Zippy 4000 40C spinning something in the 11x7 to 11x9 range.
