Re decal colours, I owe you an apology Kevin. I thought I'd emailed the request to go silver after I'd decided on the colour scheme, I've tried to find the message but I can't. I must have clicked on the little dustbin thingy instead of 'send'. Not for the first time either, I've done it before, It's my age.

I should have posted this in the Stories of Stupidity area.

Just looking at servos from uk warehouse of hobbyking, will someone be able to measure and see if these would fit in as I'm several thousand miles away from my impressivo this week

Dave
In my opinion - NO! I'm using Logic RC LSX065HS from Servo Shop. Also tried Power HD D65 from Hobbyking. These fitted, but one faulty when it arrived. Advantage of Logic RC is that they have clips to allow screw mounting when fitted as in our models.

Servos...

Dave, the servos I used were 29.5mm x 11.6mm x 30.2mm. They fitted (just) without cutting the lugs off. I would say that this is the biggest servo you would want to use. Kevin's model flew well with the Turnigy digitals. They are cheaper and smaller (but you'll have to wait for delivery). I'll certainly be interested to see how they perform over time, in the same way that I'll be interested to see how my servos hold up.
