Must admit, I thought it was a bit on the large side to power a Gurke. Quite safe though, AeroNaut don't do a 7 X 4 prop with a huge shaft adapter.

I saw this one on the HKing site, looks quite close to the A10-7L in performance.

Just going back to the servos, the recommended ones are the HiTec HS-65MG & HS-65HB it hadn't occurred to me, but these are the analogue models, I wonder if these are being recommended because the digital versions, HS-5065MG, might draw too much current from the BEC. It looks like most 10Amp ESCs come with a 1Amp BEC like the one recommended.

Havign said that the specs on HiTec's site look Identical, well actually the idle current of the digital is lower than the analogue.
HS-65MG
HS-5065MG

I've actually got a couple of HS-5065, so I'm tempted to try those to start with at least.

Motor might have similar performance but the motor shaft will need reversing.

...and it weighs about twice that of the A10 and is a bigger diameter.

Chris - I also assumed the HS65 was digital but reviewing the specs again - The analogue unit draws max 600ma each but the digitals can draw 1200ma so Yes you need a strong BEC to use digital. I suspect wing twisting in tight turns may draw high current.

Too much worrying about things that don't matter. A 1A BEC will be fine for 2 servos.

Chris mentioned that

I've not met him, is Havign a new member? He sounds foreign.

Well you don't think I'm daft enough to put my name to some information that might prove to be wrong do you, Havign is my convenient scapegoat
