I finished the wings today with the wing tip light shrouds cut out and lined and wirering installed.
The vampire build is now complete :woohoo:
I have got some grandpop's duties tomorrow but will get some pics uploaded over the next few day's of the completed airframe with the turbine and pipe temporary fitted.

I havan't been able to get the vampire out side for a photo shoot because of the high winds and rain.
Anyway i have started to fit the canopy! Firstly i have made up a frame work to suit the outline of the canopy and glued that to the hatch.When dry i trimmed the bottom of the canopy so it sits inside the frame by 3mm.A fine bead of 5 star canopy bond was applied and the canopy held in place with masking tape and left overnight.
Lastly a very fine filler is applied with a finger to take up any small gaps and this will be blended in with a very fine wet and dry paper.

Shame you have oversprayed that paper hanging table. You might be needing it soon.... :lol:
