Here's the progress on covering. It takes a lot longer to complete a big model because the pieces are bigger (obviously) but it is also a lot more difficult to manoeuvre around a big wing or fuselage in a small workshop.

Underside of tail covered first using 4 separate pieces per half.

And then the top of the tail. Again, separate pieces, starting with white and working towards the tip. Would have been a lot easier and quicker to have done it with straight lines.

A good job done. A very easily orientated scheme Mike. Blue/Orange is the modern look. ;) What's the plan for the coming week now?

Very nice Mike, I did a very similar scheme to the top on a Ken Binks Adagio in the late 80's, I'll see if I can find a pic somewhere.

Orange chequers for the underside are great for orientation! Attached is the only pic I could find of my now dead Sukhoi, not crashed due to orientation issues ;)
